If you purchased a Printable Fun-4-Kids Activity book on Halobooks.co, we do not issue refunds for ebook sales. All digital/print-at-home/ebook sales are final.

Once you have downloaded the digital file, you own the file. We cannot take them back or erase them from your hard drive(s). As such, all sales of digital books, e-books, printable books are final. No exceptions.

Once you have completed the purchase of an ebook on our website, you will immediately receive a link to download your copy of the book.

As a backup, you will also be emailed a link to your book file. This link remains good for 30 days.

If you are, for any reason, unable to access a book that you paid for, please contact us and we will ensure you get a copy of your book.
